How It Works

Nine phases.
No guesswork.

From the first research search to the 30-day post-launch report — here's exactly how every engagement works. Every phase documented. Every approval gated. Nothing built without your sign-off.

Phase 0

Business Intelligence Research

Autonomous
  • Full business audit using publicly available data
  • Competitor analysis: minimum 3 competitors + 1 industry leader
  • Keyword landscape mapping: head terms + long-tail + question-based
  • Google Business Profile assessment
  • Revenue gap estimation with calculation methodology
  • Digital presence scoring across 8 dimensions

What you experience: No client involvement needed. We research independently.

Phase 1

Gap Analysis & Consultant Report

Approval Gate
  • Digital Presence Score across 8 dimensions (1–10 each)
  • Competitor landscape with quality ratings and gap analysis
  • Conservative revenue impact calculation
  • Recommended pages and features — with reasoning
  • What is explicitly NOT recommended (and why)
  • Proposed pricing with ROI justification

What you experience: You review the report and approve the direction before anything is built.

Phase 2

Stack & Scope Decision

Approval Gate
  • Framework selected based on content type, SEO needs, interactivity
  • CMS decision: required or not, which system fits
  • Full scope document: every page, every feature, every exclusion
  • Performance budgets locked in: Lighthouse targets, LCP, CLS, INP
  • Timeline confirmed in weeks per phase
  • Package tier finalised

What you experience: Every deliverable documented in writing. You approve before development starts.

Phase 3

Brand Identity

Approval Gate
  • Color palette derived from competitor gap analysis + industry psychology
  • WCAG AA contrast validation on all combinations
  • Typography selected by brand archetype
  • Voice & tone defined: 3 adjectives, 3 never-say phrases, tone archetype
  • Sample headline written in the approved voice
  • Brand guide documented in BRAND_GUIDE.md

What you experience: You review the brand direction and approve before any design begins.

Phase 4

Sitemap & Content Architecture

Approval Gate
  • Complete sitemap with paths for every approved page
  • Content brief per page: primary keyword, H1, meta title/description
  • AEO targets: questions each page answers for AI engines
  • Internal linking strategy
  • Schema markup plan per page type
  • Sections in order with copy direction for each

What you experience: You review every page brief before a line of code is written.

Phase 5

Development

  • Build exactly what was approved — nothing added, nothing removed
  • Lighthouse 95+ performance target enforced during development
  • Server Components by default — minimal client-side JS
  • All images: WebP/AVIF, explicit dimensions, blur placeholder
  • Security headers configured from day one
  • TypeScript strict mode — no any types, explicit return types

What you experience: Regular progress updates. You can review at any stage.

Phase 6

QA & Pre-Launch Audit

Approval Gate
  • Lighthouse audit: Performance, SEO, Accessibility, Best Practices
  • Cross-browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge
  • Mobile: tested at 375px, 390px, 414px (iOS + Android)
  • All forms tested end-to-end with real email delivery
  • All links verified (internal + external)
  • Schema markup validated via Google Rich Results Test

What you experience: You review the full audit before authorising launch.

Phase 7

Launch

Authorisation Required
  • Domain connection and DNS configuration
  • SSL certificate provisioning
  • Vercel deployment with edge CDN
  • Google Search Console submission
  • Sitemap submission
  • Redirect rules configured (if migrating from old site)

What you experience: You explicitly authorise go-live. Nothing is published without your sign-off.

Phase 8

  • Environment variables documented and handed over securely
  • Repository access transferred (if applicable)
  • Case study captured for Social Dense portfolio
  • Recommendations for next 90 days

  • Core Web Vitals from real-user monitoring
  • Technical health check: crawl errors, indexation status
  • Top-performing pages and queries
  • 3–5 specific quick wins for the next 30 days

What you experience: Delivered 30 days after launch. Included in every project — no extra charge.
